FAQ
Before you book.
The questions we get asked most. If yours is not here, call or text — a person answers.
How does booking work?
Booking happens on our booking page — not here. When you tap "Book a stay" we hand you to it, where you pick your dates, see the full price, and pay. Our calendar there is kept in sync with Airbnb and Vrbo, so what you see is current.
How does check-in work?
Self check-in. You get your entry details before you arrive and let yourself in after [[CHECK-IN TIME]]. If anything trips you up, call or text us and we will walk you through it.
Do you take a security deposit?
Not on short stays. There is no security deposit for stays under 28 nights. Longer stays of 28 nights or more carry a refundable deposit, which we return after check-out once the room has been inspected. See our deposits policy for the details.
What is the damage protection fee?
At checkout you can add optional guest damage protection. It is a small per-stay line item, not insurance, and it caps what you would owe for accidental damage during your stay. The exact price and coverage limit are shown on the booking page before you pay.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation terms are set on our booking page and explained in our cancellation policy. Read them before you confirm — we do not hide the rules until the last step.
Are pets allowed?
Pet policy varies by room — check the room page or ask us before you book. [[PETS POLICY]]
Is parking available?
Parking details: [[PARKING]]
Do you offer long stays?
Yes. Stays of a week, a month, or more are welcome, and we keep our calendar open for them. Long stays of 28 nights or more use a refundable deposit instead of short-stay terms — see the long-stay page for what is included and how to inquire.
